"Customer service" is an insult to all who
Well the room is nice, clean and comfortable to be in, but I find it ridiculous that the attendant is so petty & unprofessional, that she tried enforcing an expired ban on my guest I invited to stay in the Suite with me, from another hotel, to the point that they basically just sat in my vehicle for most of the stay.. Had the biggest room in the entire hotel and barely had anything in it anyway with both of us and everything we brought in it basically emptied out and unoccupied the majority of the night...
