Weekend say in Manchester
Easy check in. Sat in bar for a drink, fantastic atmosphere. Room was just ok. We had an inner room, which overlooked the courtyard. Felt a bit cave-like and dark. Bed not comfortable for my taste and pillows very poor quality.

Stunning hotel in great location!
Great stay, the initial room we was given wasn’t very good. We told reception our concerns and they quickly gave us a different room that was much better. Stunning hotel in great location!

2/10 Poor

Terrible
Checked in and instead of upgrading me they down graded to a small bed Then when I tried to call reception to ask to be changed it took them a long while to answer. Only to be told we are very busy. I was offered a king size bed and there was only one available on the mezzanine floor Which I was told I have no choice as even though I’m a gold member they won’t give me a higher category. The noise of people partying was so loud till 2am and the tram tracks where outside the room so loud that I didn’t even get a minutes sleep

Very good
Overall excellent. Clean and comfy room, great service. Drawbacks - breakfast is certainly not worth £18 per day. No better than what you’d get a Premier Inn. Musty/damp smell in the room.
