I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong.

The hotel room felt a little dated and in need of a refresh - in terms of furniture/fittings. Nevertheless, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels etc were fresh.
