Very nice place. We had a great stay.
The hotel is very nice and spacious. The service is very good, they are very friendly and it is very clean. I highly recommend it. The only problem we had was that it is very cold and there are no heaters in the rooms, but apart from that everything was perfect. The showers are very spacious, the water is hot and comes out with very good pressure. Thank you very much. We had a lovely stay.

Location is really close to Downtown, the wood flooring was very noisyspecially when you travel with somebody else when need to go to the bathroom late at night. I was looking at around and it was a lot of trash behind the hotel on the back not in the hotel area, but was not good to see it. Other else it is very nice place.

The property does not look anything like the pictures posted. Bathroom smelled. The person walking us to our room smelled of alcohol. Definitely don’t recommend.

The property is clean and nice. The back of the property were my room was located is dirty and noisy. I tried to get a diffrent room but the staff said no because we already used one bed. The hotel was almost empty. There were another couple and my family in the entire hotel but the guy refused to change my room. There were at least 20 dogs barking, no stopping all night. Did not sleep for a second. In the morning I was exhausted. The neighbor in the back of the hotel has so much trash that its looks nasty and for sure unsanitary. Even though i like the property in the inside will never fo back to that place.

Buen lugar para hospedarse cerca del centro
En general bien... Llegamos un poco antes del chack-in, la habitación aún no estaba lista, pero nos registramos, fuimos a comer y al regresar nos la entregaron de inmediato, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento techado, aunque hay que bajar con cuidado porque la rampa es pronunciada y los vehículos bajitos pegan al pasar, la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, con agua caliente todo el día, quizá fue remodelada hace poco porque se ve moderna y cuidada, además de limpia. El único inconveniente, es que me dieron una habitación (503) cuya ventana da justo a la calle, y desde muy temprano se escuchaban vehículos de carga pasar a un lado lo que no es muy cómodo. También les reporté que la puerta de la ducha (de cristal templado) arrastraba y rozaba el sardinel, ojalá lo hayan arreglado porque se puede romper facilmente y causar un accidente. En diciembre hace frío, y la habitación es fría también, aunque las cobijas son calientitas, creo que se beneficiaría mucho de un calefactor. El precio incluía el desayuno, el cual fue "tipo buffete", una variedad adecuada de guisados (chilaquiles, huevo, frijoles, papas...), fruta, café y te, nada excepcional, pero bueno en lo general. El hotel está cerca del centro, a unos 5 minutos caminando de donde se toma el turibus, y también hay que señalar que el personal es amable y atento. En general es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Mineral del Monte.
