Horrible Start Great Finish
Check-in was a breeze, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and when we asked the front desk for a plunger, we were told she didn’t have access to one and would need to call someone. After waiting 2 1/2 to 3 hours with no resolution, I contacted corporate, and a plunger was brought right away. Additionally, we had terrible internet connection, which was also only fixed after I reached out to corporate. So for the first three hours of our stay, we were without a working bathroom or internet. While I don’t fault the front desk staff (she was clearly very busy), I believe poor management is to blame for leaving her alone during such a hectic time.
