We usually book Holiday Inn express when travelling from Oklahoma to Chicago but this time we took a chance on Quality Inn and it was a fail- when we arrived no one was at front desk- we got to our room finally and unpacked and i noticed a stain on carpet that looked like vOmIT was still in it. Too tired went to bed to wake up and no hot water!! So no shower pissed we went to check out no one at front desk again and finally got someone and asked for managers business card and they did not have one. Over all terrible customer service dirty rooms and we will never stay there again

No hot water in the building for our entire stay and no elevator to haul our luggage to the second floor. Rooms were not clean. Very loud in the evenings when your trying to sleep.

Went to grab something from the breakfast area on Saturday morning (approx 8am) and there was a bunch of things that were out. No waffles, bread, muffins, and multiple other things. End door didn’t work to come in from parking lot and when I reported it to the front desk because I thought it was a key issue, she told me the scanner at that door doesn’t work and they should have told me that when I checked in. Hot water Saturday morning but no hot water Sunday morning for my shower. NONE. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to base. Pool but no hot tub. Real close to walk to Z Bar & Grill which had great food. The price was great but next trip I will probably pick somewhere else. I really like to take a shower in the morning to start my day.

It’s was alright to sleep there for 3 nights. However I couldn’t shut the shower off and needed help and the tv wouldn’t turn on by the remote control. Most channels were not available- or you’d get a picture but no sound. If you liked sports you were better off. The breakfast was very good
