I am having a hard time understanding how this hotel even exist. This place is the hole in a wall hotel you see in the movies. It’s scary, its filthy, the area is worse than K&A (Kensington and Allegheny). Wash clothes weren’t left and the towels were gross! There was makeup and dirt stains on the white towels.the bed lined was dirty as well. The very old fleece blanket was covered in hair. Food stains covered the walls. We didn’t have an iron in our room and asked the very unprofessional “guest service associate” for one and we were told “there aren’t irons here” this place is TRASH, literally. Don’t waste your time or money! They should be paying people to stay here!

2/10 Poor

There was nothing great about this hotel. I wouldn't go back. The staff was terrible, the worst I've ever seen. The room was not cleaned well, if cleaned at all. They didn't give us towels, there was no tissue and the shower curtin was absolutely disgusting. There's a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. The bed and sheets are off the lowest quality. There's no way this is a 3 star hotel.

8/10 Very good

Pretty decent ... with reservations
Reception folks weren't exactly unfriendly but were certainly not very welcoming. The $50 cash deposit was a bit of a surprise, I don't recall seeing this on the website. The room was clean and comfortable, although the water pressure for the shower was a little low .... and the surrounding area isn't particularly pleasant. However, it was good value for money.

Not recommend it for anytime serious
At first at the check in I gave the guy my ID I don’t even think he take a good look at it and he was like I need to be 21+ Which he clearly can see I’m over 21+ only God know what else he was looking at. Everything was okay when I get in the room it was okay as well when I check the bathroom there’s was stain on the shower curtain which I did not like and usually they used to put a coffee maker in the room with some cups and ice tea or coffee for you to make that hotel didn’t have any, and the worst part was I couldn’t even really sleep good, people keep talking loud , arguing mostly all night i only had 3 hrs of sleep The next day I went out later the night I came back the key card was not working I had to go downstairs and ask the reason of why the card was not working it was just a mess , they don’t give breakfast you have to buy your own food which is fine they don’t have their own parking , you have to park outside in front of the building if you get a tickets it’s on you not them , you just have to be careful to where you park , the other issue was when I went downstairs to heat up my food the microwave was so dirty 🙄 that was very unpleasant.that hotel is not what I thought it’s was it’s only for people who want a quicky then bounce if you know what I mean then you know if you don’t then you don’t but if you coming far it’s not the right place for you and you have to be careful around the block east New York specially Brownsville, I used to hang around there a lot.
