Awesome stay!
Great stay! Clean and staff was very friendly. My husband and I were here on our honeymoon and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant the night that we checked in. Our waitress was so kind to pay for our food. We were sooooo appreciative!

Lying staff and overbooking
Arrived to be informed they had overbooked our King bed by 14 rooms and were going to give my wife and I a queen on Valentine's day. I also caught the manager in a lie when she informed a guest who was staying in a suite that she could downgrade them to a king...which were supposedly unavailable.

Nice and clean with good location
Overall a pleasant stay. Renovations didn't bother me at all! Room was very clean with plenty of space. The only think that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower and a way to turn the fan of in the bathroom.

Great Hotel for Great Price
Very impressed with the hotel and it’s condition for the price. I would have appreciated better customer service from the front desk receptionist.

Safe your $ and book elsewhere!
What a disappointing stay! The hotel was under construction so we missed out on a hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, workout facility, heated pool, and more. We booked our stay back in August and there was no notice of renovations. Nor were we contacted by the hotel or hotels.com with a notification. We paid an additional $14/person/day for breakfast in the restaurant that included ordering off of their menu and made to order omelets. At a five night stay, this was $140. Instead, we were offered a lackluster buffet in the basement of the hotel with far too few seats for those in attendance. The buffet included scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon (one of the five days), cold cereal, and old pineapple. When we shared our frustrations with the front desk, the lady was very understanding and told us she would call Hotels.com to approve a refund. However, we received a refund of only $100, since the lackluster buffet was at that time priced at $5/person/day. This is NOT acceptable. We have called and complained twice and have still no resolution. In addition to refunding the $140 for the breakfast, there should have also been a refund for a discounted rate since once the renovations were listed online the rates fell a decently large amount per night. In addition to the refund issues, the breakfast area was a complete mess. (See photos). The rooms also lack any sort of dresser, which was. a problem during a week-long stay. Would go on and on but have reached the character limit.
