COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstüre, das sehr geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind war. Besonderes gefallen hat uns, dass Bad und Toilette in 2 separaten Räumen waren im Familienzimmer jeweils 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder waren. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nach 8 Tagen doch eintönig, da es immer die gleichen Wurst- und Käsesorten gab. Hier wäre Abwechslung wünschenswert. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Die Sauna ist nett und hat bis 21 Uhr offen. Das Abendessen in Buffetform hat uns nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Es war zwar für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, aber meistens (bis auf 2 Abende) waren die Speisen kein kulinarisches Highlight. Die Nudeln waren stets zerkocht, das Fleisch oft trocken und das Essen insgesamt lauwarm. Ausserdem wiederholt sich das Menü nach 7 Tagen (bis auf die Vorspeise). Preis-Leistung war top! Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlt definitiv.
