This large apartment is just off the scenic Spinola Bay, St Julian's. This area is very scenic with its traditional Maltese fishing boats. It is also the centre of activity for restaurants, bars, shops, and links to Sliema, Paceville, Valletta and the rest of the Malta. This apartment is only a stone throw away from the local bus stops and supermarket. St Julian's is a prime location of Malta and close to capital city. The local restaurants are fantastic. Transport links are also very good.

This large apartment is just off Spinola Bay, and up a quiet street in what the Maltese call paradise valley. Although the street is very peaceful the location is perfect for easy access to all the restaurants and nightlife. In addition the local bus stop will give you access to the rest of the island for as little as 40c. Travel is very cheap on the island if required. Even if you prefer to food shop and eat in you will find a new large supermarket under 1 minute walk from the apartment. St Julian's or San Giljan as it is locally known is a seaside town that is situated on the East of the island between Paceville and Sliema. This area has two pretty bays Balutta Bay and the picturesque Spinola Bay where the apartment is based. You will also find the well known area of Pacevile close by for all nightlife. Here you will find most of Malta's nightlife, nice restaurants, the Bay Street Shopping Centre as well as much more including the Dragonara Casino. The bay is filled with small typical Maltese fishing boats. The locals also go swimming on the coast and you will find many close lidos. If you venture further around the coast you will find Sliema, which is about a fifteen minute walk. Here there are more shops, a couple of rocky beaches and access to Valletta, the historical and protected World Heritage city, one of the few fortified cities remaining in the world.

Please also note that the Government of Malta has introduced a tax on all rental properties. The tax is called the Eco Contributions Tax. The government has confirmed that owners are not to add this tax to the cost of the rental and therefore this tax will be collected after reservation. The tax is 0.50c per day per person capped at 5.00 Euros each person. Nearly all european countries have this tax now.
