Got to our room, which is a good distance away from the lobby and down an elevator. Room keys didn't work. Back to the lobby, given new keys, back to room... keys didn't work. Tried to call lobby from hallway courtesy phone, phone does not work. Back to lobby, told by maintenance that the card reader must need reprogrammed and he gives me a MASTER keycard that works on all doors! Comes by later to see if it worked, and just took the two non working keys and that was our key for the whole trip! Went out and about, and then ended up in the hotel lounge which was a GREAT experience. The bartender was super nice and we had a great time. Got back to our room ready to shower and go to bed, that's when we discover there is not a single towel in our room. Called the lobby for almost 20 mins, no answer... so back to the lobby. Nobody there, went to the lounge to see if the bartender could help and the front desk person is sitting at the bar instead of attending the front desk. A security guard said they would bring us towels. 30 mins later, have to go looking for the security guard because he hasn't come by yet. Next morning, go to get breakfast... this is a standard, run of the mill continental breakfast you'd get at Super 8 or Holiday Inn. Charged $10 each and the food was almost gone and cold. Nobody attending the food and refreshing it. We eat anyhow and as we are leaving out comes fresh food. The indoor pool is not open and the cigar lounge they advertise was never open once.
