Positive surprise
The room was much nicer than expected. The location is amazing, with most of the sights in Brussels within walking distance. The room was clean and modern, however the building was super old, which you could notice from the sketchy elevator and creaky floors.

Nice room with many (but small) problems
In general very nice aesthetic room with multiple problems though that could be forgotten, although they are many. The windows are not opening creating humidity and dust inside, also the bathroom has a fan but non functioning. The room has some minor misdemeanors, for example the door stopper is too far back, so the door already hits the mirror before it stops (there is a mirror on the back of the door)

Some strengths of the Zoom Hotel, Brussels
Location by the centre of Brussels was excellent for us. Welcoming staff, willing to help eg. allowing us to leave luggage in a safe room on day of departure. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel with regard to photographic and artistic creations.

Quiet, small hotel just off the upscale shopping street in Brussels. Unusual layout with connections to three adjoining buildings. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Bespoke cooked breakfasts was a plus. One issue is the wifi is very weak in the "C" building. Good value for money, easy to get around on the tram/metro.

The staff was very helpful, when we arrived, he gave us two bottles of water, he knows we needed it and it warms our heart. When we went to the room, the room was big, and so clean! We were so grateful, and so happyy. We really enjoyed our stay. And when we checked out, we can store our luggage in the hotel, so we can enjoy sightseeing in the city. And they keep it very well. I really recommend this hotel. Thank youu so much for the service!

Hotel was situated in a very quiet street but close to ta tram stop and the Metro was an easy walk. The receptionist let me check in early and my room was extremely spacious. Excellent value hotel.

I only did bed (no breakfast). The breakfast was too expensive so I went outside. The room is essential, clean and industrial style. I liked the soap. Apart from that no toiletries provided. I also like the Ixelles neighbourhood and the hotel has good public transport connections.
