Disappointing Stay – Not As Advertised
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this one was necessary. If you’re considering staying here, I’d strongly suggest you think twice. The South Hampton looks great from the outside, but don’t let the appearance fool you. Inside, it’s outdated and nowhere near what the pictures online show. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it.
What really pushed me to write this review was the poor customer service. I had an issue with my reservation, and the lady I spoke to on the phone blamed me for booking through Hotels.com — seriously? That’s not how you treat a guest.
Overall, it felt more like a cash grab than a welcoming place to stay. I won’t be coming back.
