Check in was easy. They have an online check in prior to the actual arrival. The hotel needs to be renovated and needs a general cleaning. The bathroom smells bad and the tiles are falling apart. The carpet needs to be cleaned. You can’t walk barefoot or your feet will turn black. This hotel mentioned breakfast included when it was booked, but it wasn’t true, a false advertisement. Their “breakfast” is only coffee/tea/juice and a fruit, either an apple or a banana.

Check in was a nightmare!! You have to check in on a kiosk with a person on the screen, he has to reboot the system twice and there were so many people waiting. It wasn’t until one of the cleaning staff helped out she was so more efficient in getting people checked in The hotel is conveniently located and has some good paces to eat around there The refrigerator wasn’t cold at all Told room would be ready by 2 and watch another couple get a room and I had to wait an additional 2 hours

The room was clean, but there were quite a few maintenance issues. Pool cloudy, buttons on lights in room were extremely difficult to turn on and off, the shower was difficult to adjust, the entry rug was gross, trash can and dumpster were overflowing, and the overall appearance outside was not as pictured on internet.

There was an issue with my deposit. I thought I paid a deposit but apparently the hotel does not do deposits. They said they were trying to get that fixed with hotels.com. It is not directly on the beach. You do have to walk across the street and if you have items such as a cooler and chairs, etc. you will need to park in the empty parking lot across the street. No golf course and no breakfast which a lot of guests complained about. Only coffee and juice. Room was okay. Bathroom is very small with little ventilation. Hotel needs to be updated badly. This is a last time for me and my family.

Upon arrival there was no desk attendant and a room full of people waiting to check-in via a kiosk. Max, the kiosk guy, was super friendly. Unfortunately, getting clean towels or toilet paper was extremely difficult because there was not an attendant. If you asked a random employee they “would pass the message”. One day it took 3 requests and the entire day to get clean towels. Our room was pet friendly and clean. The beds were super comfortable! Beach access was directly across the street. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

The hotel entrance was shocking. The front entrance had a large hole where the sign should be. The carpets were old and filthy in the hallways. The carpet in our room was dirty as well. Two lights in the room did not work nor did the telephone to contact the front desk. Our toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor when we first arrived. The balcony and chairs were nasty. We were very disappointed and very taken back by the way the hotel appeared on your website vs. what we actually found.
