Ok for the price
Hotel was a fair price, room was satisfactory, friendly hotel staff. Our only real issue was when we went to call our adjoining room there was a dead cockroach stuck to the phone ear speaker, as if someone smashed it with the phone and left it. If you can over look that and looking to save money, it really wasn't too horrible.

Overall not to bad
Overall my stay wasn’t bad at all. They were willing to work with my family situation and I checked in early which was nice since I still had an hour to go to get to my family function. The room itself was musky. Since I was on the second floor I couldn’t open the windows. It seemed clean but I did find dirt in some areas. The bed could have been better I think it needs a new mattress. I didn’t eat the breakfast but from what I saw it was waffles and cereals/muffins. The hotel overall was quiet and I felt safe.

Clean and Affordable
The people I interacted with at the desk were very friendly. The room and the property in general were clean and appeared well-maintained. If I were to travel to this area again I would not hesitate to visit again.

The other hotels look like garbage so this one is meh based on a grading curve. Sucks because Ball State should really invest in the area around its school as these moms and dads come to these hotels in support of games and their children.

We didn't even stay there. We checked in and checked out as soon as we were able to find different accomodations. The room reeked like cat pee. And the hotel smell bad too. We booked it because it had a 8.2 cleanliness rating, and a 7.8 overall rating, but we wondered if the reviews are even real, because the condition of the hotel is lower than what you would expect of even a budget hotel. It was a disappointment!
