    Clean with a beautiful view!

    Very clean and pristine! Staff is amazing and helpful, full attention given to all guests. Pools were clean and beach was beautiful, although no swimming in the ocean due to current and large rocks, you can get in up to waist deep and cool off. I was solo and felt extremely safe.

    Amazing Couples Trip

    This resort was everything I expected and more. We received excellent service from everyone. A couple of the ones we had over and over again were Paul and Dalia Velasco at Vina del Mar, Edith at a couple of restaurants and Eduardo at the beach. They took great care of us. The resort was not overly crowded (post-covid) which was awesome. We never waited long at all to eat or receive our drinks. We were with 5 couples and everyone had different tastes and needs, and everyone felt like they had a perfect trip. I absolutely recommend the resort and definitely plan on returning!

    Service at Cervicheria restaurant was awful! We had to keep asking for our drinks and never got our food. We left and went to another restaurant. I was frequently asked by male waiters “what do you want?”. AC in room didn’t work and was told system was just fixed when I called the front desk.

    Perfect for families...

    It was great, but not super...and perfect for our family. Kids could be themselves and we could too. Food was good for all-inclusive standards. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. the one knock is that the restaurants are shared with residents who aren’t doing the all inclusive. So every menu has prices included which made you feel more obligated to tip...even if it wasn’t fully warranted. Would go there again.

    Our experience at grand fiesta Americana was nothing short of Amazing. Our room had incredible views of the ocean and was clean. ALL of the resort staff went out of their way to make sure that we were having a good time. It was incredible!!! From Jacob at check in, Saul, Alex, mittzi, and the incredible lady at concierge who made our last minute romantic dinner on the beach happen. We are over the moon pleased with how our trip went and will definitely be back!!!

    incredible resort , with breathtaking views , and rec /pool areas . I would suggest to bring some bottles from duty free as the alcohol in the all inclusive is pretty watered down . The food is amazing in any restaurant there . The asian place has a cool fire pit with live music in the evenings on weekends . service was outstanding and it’s connected to a golf course .

    There is nothing negative to say about our stay at this resort. The food was excellent, the service was superb, everything was very clean. The resort is gorgeous! There was live music every night by the fire pit we really enjoyed. All the employees were very good about wearing masks and we got a free covid test. We definitely want to come back here!
