The hotel is beautiful but the elevators were not working well. People were getting stuck (for hours). We were just trapped briefly. The concierge and service people were never there, so I couldn’t ask for any additional services.

I was very disappointed in Trump International Beach Resort. The room was so outdated & rundown. The pool area had loose bricks along the walkway. The carpets & rugs were old & dirty looking.
