Very comfortable bed
It was good.
Room was very dated and did not look anything much like the photos. Bed was a huge disappointment booked a king but it was actually two singles pushed together, with a hard piece down the middle so you couldn’t actually get comfortable. Roof in bathroom looked like it had moulded and just been straight painted over and then there was a few hairs in corners of bathroom and about 4 small hairs throughout our bed sheets. I definitely won’t be staying again, very expensive for the room I received
Well located in Queenstown, although the little hill will be good for cardiofitness. Queenstown is a nice town with the skiing areas in the vicinity, but also nice cruises and cycle options. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food in the hotel is good, rooms are fine although the Wifi in my room was rather variable in quality. Nice touch: my birthday was during my stay, found a card with chocolate bar and birthday wishes, much appreciated :)
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent carpark facilities. Very comfotable beds and delicious smelling toiletries too.
We loved staying here! It's a short walk into town and the room we were in had the most beautiful view of the town and the snow covered hills.
Good location and view. A little dated but clean, comfortable and had the basics that we needed.
