Nasty disgusting foul place. This room had the most disgusting chair I have ever seen. This furniture needs to go to the dump. You will regret staying here. It could be nice but the owner just doesnt care clearly. So foul.

It's clean AND a good value.
This was my fourth visit to Bell Vista in Burbank, and I will be back when I have cause to be in the SoLand. The property is a good value and I like that it has less than 20 rooms. The four different rooms I've lodged in have all been very clean. Staff is friendly, prompt and professional.

The inside is okay, not great, but the outside of the property and surrounding area is a bit dilapidated. It was one of the cheaper hotel I could find in the area though so I suppose it’s decent value.

The hotel itself looked alittle suss when we got there. We almost cancelled but we were so tired from universal so we stayed and it was good! No issues. Just your basics which was all we needed.
