This was a surprise birthday trip for my son. This was so awesome and very accommodating to Families. We stayed for 1 night and it was totally worth by it. For being a newer resort the place is terribly run down. The gate to enter slap tail pond is disgusting, moldy and gross. The food was mediocre much better at garden grove. However the pizza was good and the service at the pizza shop was great. Our room was clean but the bedding was stained. Will not be returning.
