Overpriced. Don't forget to bring your own coffee!
Everything was sparkling clean, bedrooms were good size with very comfortable firm mattresses and average size bathroom, not much power in the shower but did the job. View over the city was lovely, and having a fridge in the room was a nice touch. Staff were all very polite and efficient. Downsides; the pool was very disappointing, the two times we went to use it, it was not heated at all, despite us having double checked with the hotel. It was much smaller than expected, more of an oversized jacuzzi than a pool, but the views of the marina/seafront, especially at sunset, are fantastic. Breakfast offered a wide choice of hot and cold foods, breads, rolls and sweet pastries which were delicious but unfortunately the hot breakfast on our last morning was totally cold - didn't have time to raise the issue as we needed to get to the airport. Beware the Coffee!! There is a kettle in the room, with just 2 teabags - a green tea and a herbal tea. No coffee is supplied. Once you've used your teabags it costs you €3 to get more. Not sure if that is per bag as we didn't bother but it did appear to be the case. There were also 2 small bottles of water in the fridge but again you had to pay if you wanted any more supplied after those 2. Overall a lovely hotel in a great location but needs a few tweaks.

The hotel was I lovely ideal location. Main issue was everytime someone in a room above ours flushed the toilet we heard such a loud noise, our room was on first floor. Was woken many times with this and was told hotel was full so no availability to change rooms. The noise sound like someone was splashing buckets of water over our bedroom floor.

Good hotel
Good convenient hotel. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was fine. Breakfast was fine though could be a bit better. Staff were excellent, very helpful. We had early flight home and was nice to receive a breakfast bag to take with us. All in all a good stay and would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice Hotel in a great location. The Bar prices are very expensive on the Roof Terrace. Which is a shame because it would be used much more if the prices were reasonable.

Our day in Faro
The hotel staff was very welcoming, in particular, Bernardo and Hugo. Bernardo gave us a very good recommendation for dinner at the Old Tavern, which was wonderful, and also the surrounding area, which was beautiful. I only wish our stay was longer. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the old city, shops & seaside.

Wonderful breakfast buffet

Great hotel in Faro!
I’ve stayed at this hotel before and find it very pleasant and comfortable. The location is perfect and the rooftop has an excellent view and nice pool. Also the breakfast is very good. Bruno at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again!
