Florence weekend
The location is what makes this hotel. Literally beside the main train station so easy access to all the main sights. Our room (414) was at the front right next to the tram line. So a bit noisy - but being winter the windows were shut. The room was huge with a lovely balcony which would be great in summer. Great views of the Duomo. Room very clean with a great shower, hot water and plenty towels and toiletries. Breakfast was ok for a 3 star hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station, and also close to main tourist attractions and bars and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean and had a great view over the city. The room was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely very convenient location
We stayed at a room with a balcony and the view was actually amazing. The breakfast is basic but good. The service is good too as I asked them for help to print something and it was so quick and easy. What I love is the location as it is 2 mins away from the train station. We were there for New Year and we get to see the city's fireworks from the balcony. However, this hotel does not provide a kettle nor a fridge so if you do need them, you might be able to ask the staff for help. There is a vending machine just near the lift if you do need a drink. This hotel is also near a lot of shops and there is a tram just in front of the hotel that goes straight to the city centre.
