The property is in the best location being in the center of town and around 500m from the beach and around 40m from a large groceries shop. It is a very quiet area with great great landscaping theoughout the road. The staff are extremely helpfull and friendly during food service. The only let down was the food on the weekend , and it is a little run down in upper communal areas. For the the price you pay per night , it can not be beaten , we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again.

Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows. The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games. I would return to the hotel again .

Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee was supplied with the kettle, so we had to do a visit to the ‘Hyper Dino’ for tea bags when we went out. We booked this hotel for its location in the town and would have preferred a room at the front as you would have a better view, the rest of the hotel faces high rise blocks of buildings and flats. There is a tiny view of the sea if you can see through the gaps.

Bad 3 star not 4 star

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a poor 3 star. There is very little service, the decor is old and tired, the mattresses are hard. They charge extra for everything, such as using the safe in your room! You must give a deposit for the safe, towels etc. the shower was broken, the wifi didn't work, the safe needed to be fixed before it could be used, the toilet kept water running instead of filling the cistern.

Management is greedy. Safes are already in the rooms. Yet they charge for their use. They charge for changing towels. These are hidden charges. No amenities whatsoever. No tea coffee making facilities. They won't even lend a kettle. Staff is courteous but not helpful. Breakfast buffet has many things; none tasty. They don't even make omlette.

La habitación estaba limpia pero en el comedor había una tela de araña bastante grande que colgaba del techo,que nos daba la bienvenida todos los días. No hay tendedero en la habitación,La piscina horrible, además de pequeña,con moho y toda rota,con los azulejos sueltos y/ o caídos.La comida repetida y fría,el arroz todo pegado,como cuando lo metes en el microondas,tres variedades de postres, los mismos todos los días, en definitiva,mala y uno de los días tuvimos que estar de pie,en medid del comedor, porque no había mesas disponibles para sentarse ( nosotras y más huéspedes), cómo vigilando a que se levantaran otras personas,( sensación de estar " al acecho"), mientras había una zona del comedor cerrada. Y ni hablar del mal olor al entrar al comedor,( no sé si provenía de los baños, o del propio comedor) y el todo incluido,no incluye nestea,( o té frío de cualquier marca,no necesariamente esa marca), que se pidió mi hija porque la niña no bebe refresco. Por todo eso,no creo que merezca cuatro estrellas. No sé cuándo se las dieron pero invito a quién corresponda a que vuelva a hacer la visita, porque seguramente,le quitará una o incluso dos. Otra cosa muy importante,en la zona es imposible aparcar.

Hôtel et chambre propre, par contre literie pas spécialement confortable, on sentait les ressorts et coussins plats. Personnel de l'hôtel tres sympa. Buffet du déjeuné et dîner variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Supermarché et diverses boutiques en face de l'hôtel, restaurants a proximité. Gros bemol, le parking qui est payant. Le stationnement est difficile et il vous faudra vous armer de patience pour trouver une place gratuite a proximité de l'hôtel.
