A vista é show, somente isso.
Apenas a vista do quarto família valeu a pena o restante nao foi satisfatório. Muitas escadas, camas ruins, serviço de quarto ruim, café da manha ruim, obs. estava escorrendo água do ar condicionado em cima da comida e só tiraram depois que avisei o garçom, ele levou para a cozinha e trouxe a bandeja seca, acredito que ele apenas removeu a água e trouxe a mesma comida ao bifê, pedi uma taça ao copeiro e estou esperando até hoje, em fim, localização boa porem sem estrutura.

Quarto vista para João Fernandes é top demais!!!
Hotel muito amplo com atendimento muito bom, profissionais solícitos, limpeza boa, localização perfeita com acesso direto as praias de João Fernandes e João Fernandinho, além de estacionamento grátis e próprio. Quando cheguei o ar condicionado e o telefone não estavam funcionando. Acionei a recepção e o ar foi imediatamente ajustado (problema era no controle), porém o telefone não foi consertado até o final da estadia. O hotel tem boas instalações, porém um pouco antigas, mas pra mim a vista do quarto compensou qualquer tipo de problema! Um ponto muito ruim foi que na opção do quarto (standart) na reserva do hotéis.com aparecia uma foto com vista para o mar, porém ao chegar lá não tinha e tive que pagar 70 reais por diária para ter vista mar.

Péssimo atendimento
O hotel tem um bom espaço é bonito, mais o atendimento ao público é horrível, telefone dos quartos n funcionam, e olha q me mudei de quarto 3 vezes! Comida cara é ruim, atendimento péssimo... café da manhã horrível, n tem opção é o que você pede para fazer, ainda demora 40 minutos em um omelete. Os funcionários se acham o dono do local, pedimos algo e eles mandam gente ir pegar.

Regular. A vista é muito boa, mas tinha muito "mato" entre as árvores, o que deixava não tão bonito e tirava um pouco da beleza. Poderiam cortar o mato e deixar as plantas apenas. Café da manha com poucas variações, cansou um pouco estar 11 dias aí... e a mesma musica todos os dias (cover MPB cansativo demais).
