This beautiful 5 bedroom stone villa with swimming pool is located in a suburb of Dubrovnik and offers a quiet and comfortable base for your holiday. In this idyllic setting on a large plot, which boasts many large terraces and Mediterranean plants and large stone terraces, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool offers welcome refreshment on hot summer days whilst the interior is modern and tastefully furnished. The ground floor houses the large living and dining area, a small library corner, a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, where the minimum ceiling height is 110 cm. There is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue on the terrace, where you can prepare delicious dishes and sample some local wines under the shade of century -old trees. In the basement of the house, there is also a typical tavern and wine bar. Imotica is a typical Dalmatian village, 10 minutes drive away from the sea and the nearest beach. Day trips to the Peljesac Peninsula or the island of Korcula and the towns of Mostar and Medugorje are highly recommended. Alternatively, why not take a day trip to the famous medieval city of Dubrovnik and make the most of the huge variety of cultural and historical attractions of offer there! During your stay, you can take part in the process of producing essential oils, from plant collection to distillation at the local distillery.
