The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast service on the second floor. The coffee was cold, and the service needs to be more up to the level of the hotel, even though the staff is very nice. They forgot a spoon, one plate was served while the other took a long time, and I had to return my plate because it was cold while waiting for my father’s order.
Additionally, my dad and brother asked for the Bacán menu at the bar and ordered steak, but the order was forgotten. My brother, who came from New York to meet us, mentioned that the food was good, but the service fell short.
It’s just a small issue with management that needs attention, but everything else was great.
