    Great but noisy

Hotel was great to stay in, great location for shopping however the noise from people on the street and vehicles was loud on Friday/Saturday night. Being woken at 2.30am by loud drunk people on your floor banging doors was unpleasant. Great rooftop bar if you can get a table. Facilities in room was good, and friendly at checking in.

    Small but great

The service was great. The room was a bit small for our family and very hard to get a pram into. But a great price and great location

    Value for money!

Value for money! It is not a luxurious hotel, but clean and comfortable enough to stay after a day of hard work and/or enjoyable visits to the central part of Wellington. I will use the hotel again. :-)

    Not worth to stay

It’s so disappointed for the overall of stay. Rooms are not cleaned at all, bedsheets are so dirty ( greasy marks), so so so dusty around window areas, and the MOST DISGUSTING thing was that I found TOOTHPASTE ON SINK from previous guest, looks like no house keeping for Trinity.
