Location was okay. However the room was run down and shower was leaking. You could hear noise from the street.

8/10 Very good

Good location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops and waterfront. Our room was clean but small. It was a tight fit to get past the chair to the other side of the bed, we had a window but it looked at a wall which made the room dark. Comfortable bed, bathroom was small as was the shower but it had great water pressure.

4/10 Fair

The rooms are very rough looking. They need painting, updating and just generally look tired . The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, there is mould growing in shower and the bathroom smells musty because of the mould, the toilet roll holder is in a terrible place and is the most budget holder, the wall heater does not work, they have TV in rooms with sky but most of the sky channels are unavailable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, nice and easy to get around as in the centre of town.

4/10 Fair

When we arrived there was a pooh in the toilet. One of the cups was cracked and chipped with dirt in the crack. When we returned on the second day our door was open and the light was on. Nothing was missing. Lots of loud drunken? shouting in the corridor late at night on the second night. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly but unlikely we would stay again. Chris

8/10 Very good

The staff at reception were very obliging and made us feel welcome. Dining in The restaurant was okay but very hard to see the meal as the lighting was not that bright. It is an older hotel but has adequate facilities if staying for a couple of days.

I liked the room it was always warm and the housekeeping staff are amazing always made sure my room was clean. I didn't have a workspace to work but could make do with the pull out drawer to use as a workspace, other than that thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
