Everything was good initially until when we checked out. A guy name Sudarna claimed himself is the manage of the resort. He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. Turned out I need to call another car and make me nearly late to the airport and can't take the flight. That hotel manager service and attitude is really ridiculous. The hotel facilities is very old actually and some of them already broken. The curtain was very old and when my daughter pull it then it fall down immediately. I didn't complaint they hurt my daughter when the curtain fall down, but then they say we broke it and need us pay IDR 200,000. Because we need to hurry to the airport so we must need to follow him to pay it. And he ask my driver out not take us because he want us to use their hotel taxi service. This hotel definitely is a black store and a reminder for anyone who want to stay in this hotel.
