I had booked two rooms for two days through Expedia, both pre-paid. The hotel had us booked for 3 rooms with only one room paid. Fortunately, I had printed out my Expedia receipts. After endless conferring with the manager, the girl at the desk (who was super-nice by the way) took off the third room, but insisted I pay again for one room, which I did (sorted out later).
The rooms were large (junior suites), but the decor is very dated, supposedly resembling a Spanish mission, but just looking grotty. There were no electrical outlets at the desk or at the nightstands, so charging our phones and computers was problematic. The windows are thin and even on the 5th floor, the street noise was quite audible.
Breakfast was very basic, just before me somebody finished the last of the yoghurt and I was simply told that was it, they had no more.
The one redeeming factor of this hotel was the personnel, all super friendly and professional.
