This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Florence, very near Piazza Santa Croce. Walkable to all major areas of interest, but not in a jammed tourist area. Remarkable rudeness by Relais Santa Croce.
One evening my wife was listening to piano player in lobby for a few minutes while I took a business call. The doorman told her she could not sit and listen to the piano player because he was paid by the restaurant. So my wife was told she could not listen to the piano player in the lobby of the hotel we were paying thousands of dollars as guests. Remarkably rude. We will not be back.
