The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast needs work, not much of a choice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean but had a musty smell. Overall my stay was good and would stay again.

It was good, we stayed to go to the Waterpark. The only thing the keys didn't work all the time. If you left hotel to go somewhere you would loose any parking for people parking at hotel to go to Waterpark.

Immediately asked for new sheets as the ones on the bed were visibly dirty. Dust covering all surfaces, stained chairs and carpet...just gross. Pool had black water in it. Good water pressure and staff was nice.

Charged for the room even though I prepaid with hotels. They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. Breakfast was just cereal this day.

Sheets were dirty with hair on them, bathroom had soap scum all over the counter with toothpaste on the mirror, hair in the shower toilet was dirty and the seat was broken. Whole facility smells of cigarettes. Clerk who checked me in was kind.

Older unit for price. Overall was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was average, no fruit or juice. Microwave was absolutely filthy. Handicap shower was tricky. Floors become very slippery because of tile inside room and also steps going into building.

The room was nasty and even had blood stains on the covers. When I told them they went to move us to a different room. The cleaning lady said she would freshen it up before we went in. After 30 min we went in and it was dirty too. She mopped the bathroom but did not vacuum the Cheetos up off the carpet. Very bad experience.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the door to my room not working correctly but they got someone to look at it right away. They explained that they were under new ownership and I could tell they were really working hard to make the place an enjoyable place to stay. They were very courteous to me and my son. The room was simple but clean. The one thing that I forgot to mention to them as I was leaving was that the TV box was hard to get to, which meant I had to hold the remote at a funny angle in order to change the channels. I think this would be a simple fix and they will probably get around to that, as I see they are working hard to make a lot of changes. We enjoyed our stay there and we will go back again.
