Great stay!
We stay in the Orlando area a few times a year since we live locally, and Evermore has been top notch. The customer service is impeccable. Paddle boarding and kayaking was a hit with the kids, not to mention the slide and jump pad. The food was great. We stayed at the flats which was about a 3 min walk to the main area with all the attractions. The flat was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities to cook. Overall was a great time! Can’t wait to visit again!!

We stayed hwre for 3 nights and loved our time here. My only complaint and its not major just inconvient was the fact that they never could get our vehicle license plate registered to work correctly where we could enter and leave the premises without having to stop at the gate everytime and explain that we were staying there so they would let us in. Beyond that we loved it here. Villa was super nice and clean and we could watch the Disney fireworks each night from our back porch. The lagoon was awesome amd we spent a lot of time hanging out here swimming and kayaking. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when we had a question. I cant speak on the quality of the food served here. It was way overpriced but I expected it to be so as that is usually the case in places like this. We cooked in our villa or went out off property to eat. It isnt the cheapest place to stay but if you can afford it or find a good deall then definitely check it out. My wife is in love with Evermore now and is dying to go back. She has hit up our family members in a attempt to plan another stay.next year. We will definitely be back eventually.

4/10 Fair

Rented a Villa at the Evermore with a group of friends. For a brand new resort, the villas seemed overly used. There was an ant infestation in three of the four bedrooms and two of the four bathrooms. The shutter doors were broken in the living room which we alerted maintenance. There were wasp nests outside on our patio and a friend did get stung. They resort did spray as we were checking out. The dryer didn't work which didn't allow us to do laundry. The villa pool was nice and private. Our group with small kids enjoyed all the water activities and the "beach" at the Bay. You can tell they put a lot of effort and resources into it. I wouldn't stay in a villa again as it seemed run down. I'll try the hotel side and see if that's better.

Amenities wete new and very enjoyable. Staff were overall very friendly. The reason I can't give this5 stars is that the Villas are older than the rest of the resort. They should make this clear somewhere.

The property is wonderful, the facilities are clean, well kept, very conveniently located, has many activities to do, very family friendly, safe, I like the different room options from flats to villas, to houses. The rooms are very nicely set up and clean. We like the activities at the landing, the games, DJ, pool slide, high jump, etc. The Staff is wonderful too. Everyone from reservations, check in staff, concierge, restaurant staff, staff at the Cabanas specially Savannah, Andrea, Carlos. They are amazing, very nice, polite, pleasant and all them made us feel welcomed. We really love our stay at Evermore and for sure will recommend t and will come back as many times as possible.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Evermore. Rooms were modern and clean. The amenities were nice, properly was well maintained and clean and staff was very friendly from lifeguards to waitresses to bartenders. There were a couple items that were frustrating and their seems to be some issues with the guest services area (although they were all cery friendly). We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready at check in which was disappointing after a long day of travel and we weren’t given an expected time it would be ready so had no choice but to sit around. We also were never asked about having a car or how to enter the gate with a car. After the gate attendant told us to contact guest services, one day I called guest services 3 times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I went in person and the person took down my license plate number and said I’d be all set. Well the gate never once raised for us for a week. It was annoying to have to have attendant come out to let us out n the gate every time we came back to the property. We were also told the flat would be cleaned on day 4 of our 7 night stay and that never happened. Lastly we had reserved a cabana’s one day. Due to an expected storm we asked to have the date changed and were told by guest services it was all set. The day of the original reservation another employee called us to confirm the cabana and had no record of the reservation being changed. All in all we loved our stay but these interactions were surpr.

Weather wasn’t the greatest but They could have had some amenities open , Was there two days and got to use the slide and Pool for about 2 hours or so. Rain subsided for a few hours and barely any wind. Check out at 10am is a bit early should be at the least 11am.

Lovely resort, lots of space to walk around, lovely pool and activities. Stayed for two weeks could have done with more cleaners available during the stay to restock and replace towels as only get a one off clean in middle of week.
