Very pleasant stay, unfortunately only one night, however we do plan to return to Fernie and stay at the Fernie Fox. Sunny was extremely friendly and helpful. He is a real asset to the hotel. The hotel is in a good location for trips into town or outdoor activities. We like the focus on eco-friendly aspects.

This place takes pride in their hotel and it for sure shows, we walked into them painting lines on in the newly paved parking lot, freshly shampooed carpets on our floor, a spotless room and really friendly staff. The only thing was the hot tub at the end of the day had a fair amount of bugs and fluf in it, but it being outside and there was a pool cleaner for us to use ourselves was no problem at all. Beautiful place. I will refer this place to people I know and return myself.

Amazing customer service,very easy going staff and very clean hotel. They have water refill station at the main level for free. They also have a hot tub and pation as well. If i every return tonthe coty this will be my 1st choice for gotel.
