Every staff member treated the customers like royalty. They were so friendly and welcoming. The property was breathtaking. A great spot for respite and relaxation. Fantastic. An oasis of luxury in a tropical forest. The grounds are amazing - like staying in a botanical garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All meals at the on-site restaurant were excellent. Pool is fantastic. Only drawback is no air conditioning. It does cool off just a little by late at night, but the humidity is real. During the day, jumping in the pool is a great way to cool off. Well located for day excursions to nearby Mayan ruins including Xunantunich and the must-do ATM cave.
