The receptionist was extremely rude. I noticed that the smoke detector was detached as well as the camera being pulled out and asked about and the receptionist was provokingly rude.

Hotel is a bit dated but maintained. Rooms were clean and everything was functional. Service was great. Pool was clean AND warm, pool area was clean and hot tub was hot :). Elevator is terrifying but does its job. Breakfast was standard but good. For the price point, this was a good deal.

The toilet in the first allocated room did not work, the second room that was allocated smelled liked piss and weed, absolutely disgusting. Probably the worst hotel that I have stayed in.

The room was clean, but had many things that needed repairs. One lamp was dented and looked like it had been dropped or thrown, another lamp the on/off switch didnt work, the wall in the bathroom had a hole in it, the plug in the bathroom didn't work so you couldn't use the hairdryer and there were random pieces of wood screwed to the ceiling that the curtain rods were attached to. The housekeeping staff emptied the garbage daily and put in fresh towels but did nothing with the bed all week. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Good value on a property that needs some upgrades
Got a very reasonable price on room. Easy accessibility. Friendly staff. Generally clean but carpet was disgusting(as are most value priced hotels). Toilet seat was the most worn I've ever seen. Many restaurants close by. All said, would stay here again as long as the price very cheap as it was on this stay.
