I would not want self checkin. The host went out of her way to be helpful to us. We are senior citizens and our reservation was on the second floor and she gladly changed it to the first floor for us. The customer service was very friendly and welcoming, it was all smiles when we walked in and everything was explained very well. When we entered the room it was spotless and didn't have a weird smell to it! The hotel in general was amazing and clean!
