I'll try a different hotel next trip.
The staff was amazing. I had a few interactions with them and they were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The exercise room is really nice. The bed and bedroom sucked. When you walk in to a room and see earplugs you know it's going to be bad. You could hear the elevator almost constantly. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I tossed and turned most of the night. Good location, but, I won't stay here again if I can't get sleep.

Nice hotel, very close to the university and next to the hospital. Easy parking. Typical three star hotel, clean and decent space. Bathroom seemed updated. One can see when staff loves their job, they don’t in this hotel, but I guess they where students at the University, so that is understandable. Would stay there again based on location and cleanliness.
