False advertising and when I tried to cancel, got the runaround for DAYS. I am now having to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card because they refused to cancel in person, they told me I needed to sign in to a program I have never used to cancel it online (yeah, didn’t book thru them, so can’t), then after multiple days had them tell me via chat I needed to call in. So they couldn’t help me at the desk, after multiple days of chatting with them online they couldn’t help me, and finally told me I needed to call, what, the front desk that couldn’t help me to begin with?
