Everything about this property was wonderful we are local Las Vegas the servers were kind of the property was clean the only complaint I have is that because of the covert 19 and the governor‘s orders to wear a mask when my husband and I were playing the machines while we were smoking a cigarette security kept coming up to us asking to make sure we put our mask back on when I was at the pool with my daughters yesterday I got yelled at by two employees telling me there was no playing Marco Polo allowed in the pool this was after our children were playing Marco Polo for four hours as soon as I got into the pool and we made new friends local Las Vegas friends I got screamed at by young 18-year-old boy to not play Marco Polo I had no idea so other than that I loved this property !! Try “The Cafe! Blueberry Muffins and a Vegan Oatmilk Latte with a shot of Caramel Torani syrup ! Delicious!! The security was amazingly Kind at the front door. Thank you Encore Tower Suites! We love you all of you!!

No lock on bathroom door and pillows are too flat. Had a blast with my family. Hopefully next time we have a room facing the southern strip. :)

Only hotel I stay at is at Encore/Wynn. Hands down the best experience. They treat you like royalty here and classy resort. Guest for life!

Quality! Rooms have space and are made of quality features. Services team members pay attention to the details and are always on their game. Grounds are the most fun in the city and the fantastic restaurants will keep you fueled!

Very nice place with beautiful grounds and such. Nicest room I have ever had in Vegas, gorgeous and very large with a nice view.There for a short time but it seemed like the crowd in the hotel was really young immature,and somewhat of a tough crowd. Lots of pot smoke, foul loud lanquage, etc. Not my scene, I will say it may be a result of the whole Covid situation.

From check in to check out, our entire experience was out of this world. Exceptional... all I can say is Exceptional all around. By far the best hotel experience my family and I have experienced. The service from the bell person, to the valet to the people who checked us in and out, everyone was just fantastic. I can’t say any more wonderful things about the Encore. The staff was on point about disinfecting all areas. All staff was wearing masks and encouraging guests to wear masks as well. There was even free masks and wipes and hand sanitizers in our room! We felt safe every step of the way. Granted we were just as careful, social distancing and avoiding crowds, but overall, we felt we did our part to increase our safety. The only thing is housekeeping was extremely chincy with their towels, shampoos and conditioners. If you don’t ask for things, you wont get it. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Amazing service and hospitality. Beautiful, clean hotel. We had an amazing stay. We were comfortable and the staff was amazing.

I love the Encore but wont go back again. I had dinner at the Parasol Down, outdoors, and was seated next to two men with huge cigars. Ruined my dinner. I know casinos allow smoking but they should not allow smoking in restaurants where people eat. There's nowhere to go. The next morning I checked out a day early and went to another hotel. I paid for the night at the Encore even though I was not staying that night, because I had gotten a deal on Hotels.com. I was aware of that. I spoke to the manager - a portly man with a serious look on his face - the morning of Tuesday June 30th. I expressed my disastisfaction with the smoking and how it ruined my dinner. He was extremely defensive, unapologetic and curt with me. I wasn't expecting him to give me a refund on my resort fee (even though I was not staying that night) and I told him such. But when he came out of the back office (after me waiting about 15 minutes for him) he acted as if I was wasting him time. I will not be returning to the Encore, an establishment I love and still think is the best casino and hotel in Vegas.
