Reasonably clean but dated. Big gap under the door. Could smell a faint old smoke smell in the hallway and bathroom, despite rooms being no smoking. Included breakfast was mediocre

The beds were great the room was quiet and clean

Shower control was broken at check in, nice buildings and large rooms

Beautiful rustic setting. Loved the expansive view from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy! It was a hot day and the air conditioning worked well. Staff recommended a restaurant 3 in away in 108 Mile House which was excellent. We had a great stay!

Best Experience, Especially Staff
This was one of my best hotel stays—the staff were the friendliest and most helpful—I was even walked to my car by the manager because I was unsure of the parking garage! Everything was beautiful and so well-done, and I know we got an amazing deal for the location.
Lecia, 1-night trip

Ken was welcoming and upgraded our room free of charge. Property is a bit run down, but room was clean and worked for our one night stay. Friendly dog and cat were great greeters...

I didn’t know they had a pool . It would be a fun place to spend a little bit of time at . We were just passing through.
Holly, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

No pool due to health notices, no food services, fair number of dead vehicles scattered around the parking lot. The room was clean and inexpensive though.
Neil, 1-night trip

It was not as advertised and we were over charged. It is definately not a resort spa. Breakfast included means toast, cereal, yogurt and a steamed egg.Tea and coffee. It should be advertised as a quiet place to sleep. There is no pool etc. We feel cheated.
Cyndy, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

They lost our Expedia reservations and only had a more expensive room available. The free breakfast was none existent and the coffee machine in our room didn't"t work. The place is in total disrepair and run down. The pictures on line are from the past when the place was well run.
Hans, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We were early in the spring when it was still very quiet there. Breakfast was sufficient. Cereals, toast peanut butter, bananas, soft cooked eggs and coffee. I’m sure they have more when it’s a busy time but then costs would go up as well. Very comfortable room, nice bathroom accessories. Pool and hot tub. Has a very western theme. Would totally recommend.
H Rena, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very nice in a very mountain natural environment. I would have liked the pool and hot tub open later as a traveller only spending one night.
Kevin, 1-night trip

Property is being graded so a work in progress but our stay there was good. The desk attendant was very good. And very attentive
Annette, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst place ever
This is not a hotel, people live there full time. Rooms filthy. Garbage everywhere and health moticed posted at restaurants and pool. Left. did not stay. no offer of refund. left in disgust
John, 1-night trip

Five Night's at Spruce Hills
There was deodorant and a six pack in the closet. Not a hidden gem. Child screaming mommy for like hours. Water pressure was weak. I felt like I was in my grandma's creepy basement. Broken window screens.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Lost our Expedia reservation that we made months in advance and had no room for us. Told us it was Expedia’s fault for the mix up and told us to try another place down the road and ask for a deal. Do not recommend at all.
Christie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good Value
Nice place with great facilities. Little short on staff at this time of year. Worth the money. We saw a deer and a bear, nice.
Peter, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Rustic stay
No creamer in room for coffee. Cleanliness was an issue. Dusty overhead fan. Unclean AC vent. Hallway smelled funny like animal smell. Breakfast was a little disappointing.
