Well i fisrt want to say it was a holiday week. but sevice for ballay parking was very slow. But the young man outside was very helpfull and informed us about the process. But there was no carts avilable and had to carry everything up to our rooms. service or help for this was zerro. The front dest check in was a little cold and being the first time i be on a vacation in 10 years, not too inpressed. Our room had a smell to it and broken glass on the floor. looked like it was not cleaned. empty cup on floor and a glass cup out by the door. which was never pick up. On a good note the room was nice, and the bathroom shower was great. food was good in the restaurant, and some of the waitriess where very informed about the hotel. over all not too bad. but for the price was a little disapointing. Again it was a holiday week. Im sure the staffing was reduce. Over all We had a good time, but just not overlly impresed.

Right off the bat the service was terrible. The workers at check in were not inviting or friendly, and certainly not helpful in answering questions. The bathroom smelled like a giant cigarette even though we booked a non-smoking room. The sheets also smelled like cigarettes. They must wash all sheets together instead of separating the smoking from the nonsmoking.

Great time and would definitely recommend.
Traveled To Niagara falls to experience the falls and had a great time. The seneca is definitely the highlight of the local skyline. The hotel has a lot to offer. The only negative thing I have to say is the websites aren’t descriptive and there’s no directions online or when you get there and many other guests were confused as much as I was, where to park, where to go but after that got figured out everything was fine. Good stay will definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone staying in Niagara falls, Ny.

It's all there!
The bed was a bit too stiff for my liking. Also, our room was near the elevator so we heard the mechanical noises all night long. (To be fair, I am a light sleeper.) That said, we had a nice view of NF Canada from our room. I greatly appreciated the capability to mobile checkout, it makes everything easier! It's nice to have everything in the resort right there, from the hotel to the casino to the various restaurants.
