lisa, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was extremely accommodating, room clean, very nice breakfast included, but the elevator was under construction and that caused some hassle.

Excellent value hotel for a short stay
Very good hotel for a one night stay. The room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and was quiet. I slept very well. There was a good shower. Breakfast was fairly basic, but fine and was free of charge because the lift was broken. Overall excellent value
wendy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff was great and I love that it had 24 hour staff on hand!
Rafael, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The best in hospitality.
This was my second stay and all the staff were hospitable and made my stay very pleasant. I was disappointed that the temperature in the room was not adjustable and it was a little cold. However, the service is really top notch and well worth the stay.
YOSHIRO, 3-night trip

Great location, room condition a bit tired, but suitable for the price.

Decent rooms, good 24h service, everything available.
Dorothee, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I thought it was nice for what i wanted. I was able to walk to the museums i wanted to see and it is close to the tube station so it was easy to reach other parts of London. There were restaurants close by.
helen, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Perfectly adequate hotel in good location. No frills but clean and good, particularly if using mainly for sleeping. Good location
Ian, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, good size twin room (for London!) Clean with friendly staff
Jo, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

My only complaint would be that the single beds were very uncomfortable
Julian, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Near underground, walkable to Royal Albert Hall.
Wendy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This was a gem of a hotel in a very desireable area of London. I felt very cozy in my single bed room that had a lovely renovated bathroom, a kettle and milk, tea and coffee and a TV.
Pam, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Quiet and well situated
Localisation not far from the metro.
Roger, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in, the bathroom door could not be fully opened because the bed was in the way, there was only one bedside cabinet and the room was barely adequate for two people. The bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast adequate but even for Kensington the value for money was 3:10. will not be staying there again.
David, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Decent room for single. Good price for Kensington.
Jonathan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Helpful staff
The location was great but mostly I appreciated the great service. Nick and other staff helped me with a reservation snafu (my fault) and we're very kind about it.
Frank G, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fantastic value and great access to locations like the Royal Albert Hall. The rooms do feel a little tired in terms of carpet and furnishings but are completely serviceable. Breakfast was adequate and is enough to set you up for the day with a fairly good choice of both hot and cold options. Located on a v quiet street but with good access to tube etc just a few mins walk away. My one complaint would be a fan or air conditioning in the my room which was running loud constantly with no obvious way to turn it off. Would stay again, great value for a budget option.
Ryan, 1-night trip

Good hotel, lovely staff
Sarah, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was convenient and the couldn’t be more helpful.
Andrea, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent location with plenty of amenities near by. Had a single room for 2 nights,Was located on the 3rd floor, there was a lift. Only gripe was the water pressure in shower and the water never really got hot, didn't bother me too much as I do like a cold/luke warm shower.
