Hotel claimed i never made any reservations. Even after showing them multiple paperwork. They stold my money and i never got a refund. Never again in my life will i ever book anything with this hotel or anything that is connected to this hotel. Front office never wanted to pick up the phone, front desk didnt know what to do even after checking all receipts. They didn't even bother to offer anything else to cover the compensation of they money they stole. They're was no apologies and we got nothing but stress and headache. Luckily red planet hotel was around the corner to save the day.
