One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. We were a little early to check-in, so Elia, the hotel concierge, sat down with us and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and what to do withour1 dayin Venice. This 6-room hotel was in a great location, on a quiet side street. The room was a bit small, but very pleasant. Great stay!

Stayed 2 nights in March. Beautiful space, everything new, stylish and tasteful in this boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Received with a warm welcome. While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location!

The property is close to everything. You can tell it’s either newly renovated or they maintain it really well. It’s my partners birthday and they are sweet enough to notice and upgraded the room! They welcomed us with a champagne and chocolate which made it memorable. When we leave the property, they knew we are going to take public transport and nice enough to not only show us the way, and even helped us carry our over the little bridge nearby.
