Very nice hotel to stay at! The only thing is the ACs are not that cold. We called the front desk to ask to turn it down more and they turned the ECO mode off but it still wasn't cold enough so they kindly let us moved rooms. The AC in the new room was a little bit better as the fan was stronger. Overall, very nice place to stay! Great views!

Wonderful high end hotel in good proximity to waterfront walk & Pacifica conference center. Get a high floor with executive lounge access for a complete western or japanese breakfast & teatime. 平日だったからかグレードアップして下さり ラグジュアリーな最高のお部屋で娘と興奮がおさまらず、ずっと室内、景色を撮影していました！ 広々としたお部屋は快適、清潔全てが大満足で帰りたくないくらいでした。 そしてさすが高級ホテル、フロント、ベルボーイ スタッフの皆さんが本当に親切、丁寧でとにかくどこを取っても不快に思う要素は何もありませんでした！是非また宿泊したいと心から思えるホテルでした^_^
