Very nice relaxing hotel. No boom box blaring, no late night pool parties, mostly older clientele so that suited us fine. I give the front desk and cleaning staff a 11 out of 10, they went above and beyond with any request or need we had. We will probably book there again for years to come!

The hotel was good. It's old Mexico so you can't have 5 star expectations. The staff was friendly enough. Our room faced the street so it wasn't super quiet but it was neat hearing the sounds of Mexico every morning. The doors were fairly thin as well so you could hear everything anyone was saying outside your room at all times. I would have no problems recommending this hotel.

The grounds and pool were beautiful. Staff was helpful. However, the mattresses were as hard as the cement they were on and there was no hot water in the shower. The street noise carried on late into the night. We checked out a day early.
