Reservation problem with Hotels.com
Hotels.com really messed up here. This review is in no way a reflection of quality of this hotel. I was never able to stay here. We were led astray via the location of this hotel on hotels.com. It listed the hotel as being in the town of Klamath Falls. It is actually 30 miles north of Klamath Falls. Once in Klamath we realized the hotel is near Crater Lake, what? We decided not to go 30 miles in the opposite direction of our traveling just to stay overnight. So, we drove thru to our destination further south. We have found that Hotels.com has charged us the full amount for the room. Won’t be using Hotels.com from this point on. They don’t have a phone number to call to discuss the issue which is too bad. Once again, nothing against this hotel, we never stayed here. It’s Hotels.com that gave incorrect information.

Caring staff
It was so nice of the staff to reach out to us with a phone call since we were arriving late. They made sure our stay was perfect!

My father passed away that evening so I had a late check in. No one around to check in with or even answer the phone. Clicking on their website took you to a porn link. Might have been nice.. Will never know.

Great spot
Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear other guests beside and above us, but other than that it was great.

Clean and recently renovated motel adjacent to a well appointed convenience store and fuel station. An excellent option (and probably the only option…) to stay close to Crater Lake National Park’s south entrance and get an early start on the trails. Rooms are « basic » (and also clean and comfortable) but given the location way out in the country side, it is every bit of what you need for a good night sleep while not being at the Ritz.

6/10 Good

Very clean, remodeled room. Noise from the main road mostly subsides after dark, but starts early morning. 90 minutes drive from the boat tours of Crater lake. Room is way too small, given most of the space is taken by a king bed with uncomfortable mattress. Rest of the room is freshly remodeled.

Tiny hotel attached to a convenience store/gas station, room was super nice, clean, and seemed newly remodeled. Located right off of Highway 140, mostly quiet except occasional traffic passing by... Not the hotel's issue, but the power went out shortly after 10pm (thunder storms/rain in the area) and didn't come back on until after 2am. Luckily I had charged my phone & was able use it as a flashlight because dang, it was dark in the room & all around the property! (not able to make calls, no power, no WiFi, etc.)

My wife and I are riding through Oregon on our mc. This little gem was perfect for us. On site grocery store, fuel, and could park right in front of room. The staff where awesome. Might not suite a light sleeper as was close to the highway so a little bit noisy. Other than that we ran out of good things to say about this place!

The walls need a good scrubbing in this place. The rest seemed ok. The staff was below average in terms of service levels. It was fine for the price but I would. It stay there again.

Must be newly remodeled really nice room and beds, off the beaten path only one restaurant within 5 miles; the power went out for 3 hours in the middle of the night…

Very nice place. Nice decor comfy beds, nice bathrooms, friendly staff. The room we checked into had problems with TV , it was late .night but they were quick to respond and they moved us to another room. Bonus....we got a king bed instead.
