Great hotel but poor management
A great modern clean hotel with modern facilities - good WiFi, many power points and USB ports in the room. The breakfast has an amazing range of options. All excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. We had to switch rooms after two nights as the AC wasn’t working. Terrace restaurant is a disaster - we waited more than 2 hours to get a two course meal served. Some front desk staff do speak English. Do not accept duty manager’s offer of tours or taxis.

Great staff, but condition of the hotel is not great (even though its a new hotel) Shower doesnt work properly, even though multiple people have reported to fix. Rooms (especially facing the main road) are super noisy. You wont get any sleep as all the noise from outside is coming in (people talking outside, cars on the road) AC didnt work properly and lobby had super strong perfume. During checkout they didnt even ask about the stay Hotel is equivalent to a 3 star

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. The hotel is done to a nice standard and is not too big. It has a pretty good breakfast offering. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is an easy location to get to all the key Tashkent attractions via taxi or taxi/metro.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing experience, great hotel, New, Room are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is unbelievable. Location didn’t matter to us because Taxi is very cheap. All the stuff starting with the check-in to the housekeeping is absolutely great. We arrived in the middle of the night and they were very accommodating and gave us early check-in without questions. Has an Indoor pool, sauna, massage on request. I would definitely recommend it.

I had two separate bookings at this hotel and they got the first night of the booking wrong. We had booked two beds and they made a mistake and booked us one bed. Normally this wouldn’t matter but as a female traveling with a male friend, I would prefer to have my own bed. The problem was resolved the next day. The rest of the stay was excellent, staff were friendly and spoke very good English and was very helpful whenever we needed help with anything. The property was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Its a small hotel but very neat and clean. Staff very helpfull and friendly, always meet with a smiling face. Rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast menue is good but limited dishes. Slightly over priced. Location is in a quite neighborhood, away from city center. Highly recommended.

I loved my stay at the Europe Hotel and will absolutely, positively stay there on all my future visits to Tashkent! The staff was fastastically friendly, warm and helpful, and I felt like I was truly welcomed. My room wasn't big, but perfectly appointed, super clean and very quiet. The room was "Street View", which meant that the windows opened to a cozy courtyard with tables and was quite elegant and, additionally, made the room very quiet even when I had my windows open. Mar 28-30 stay in Tashkent
I booked the business suite for a stay of 2 adults and 2 kids for two nights end of March. When I called the night before to confirm the reservation I was told that in their system they saw a reservation for the deluxe room - single room with one bed and non foldable couch. You can imagine how 4 people would sleep there... The second night we were moved to the suite, but to my surprise it also had only one queen size bed in room 1 and 1 non foldable couch in room 2. Same question - how are 4 people supposed to sleep??
