Mixed feelings on this hotel. Aesthetically, looks like a brand new hotel so everything feels lux. Concierge team and house keeping team were great.
Restaurant staff especially upstairs seem under trained. As guests of the hotel, a restaurant of any kind should be able to create vegetarian food or adapt what's on the menu to suit rather than be refused, turned away and be told to order room service. It took complaining to the manager downstairs to make required arrangements.
I also think there needs to be a bar lounge of some form for guests in the evening to have a drink. Only option was a bottle in the upstairs restaurant which sometimes can be too much when you just want a single glass.
Breakfast was extremely overcrowded and chaotic. Room seems too small for the number of guests.
Pool views are lovely but it should be made adult only from. 7-8pm.
