Slightly disappointed Highlander
Very convenient for access to the city centre. Unfortunately, no parking but there is a multi storey nearby. Let-down for me was that the 'B&B' implies breakfast included - but it isn't... Expect to pay an additional £14 if you want breakfast/#.

The staff were good. But if you stay 5 nights like we did they dont clean the room unless you ask. So if we didnt ask i think we should of gotten free meals or something in exchange, or a discount.

Good location
The management was overwhelmed due to staff shortage, but thry were doing their best. They were very welcoming and helpful. We did not eat in the hotel. Location is great.
